Dr O’Sullivan is a Lecturer in Building Energy Systems Engineering at CIT where he also Co-leads the Mechanical & Energy Systems Simulation & Optimisation (MeSSO) Research Group. His research interests include low energy demand side technologies, building retrofit strategies, indoor environments and ventilative cooling. Prior to his role at CIT he spent 10 years working in industry in both design and project based engineering roles developing low energy technology solutions for building and process systems. He was sub task leader of the IEA-EBC Annex 62 project on Ventilative Cooling.
