Professor Victoria Haines heads the User Centred Design Research Group in the Loughborough Design School. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, a Registered European Ergonomist and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her research focuses on how people interact with their environment and the products and services they use, particularly in the domestic energy field.
